STUDIO SPOTLIGHT

REQUIEM STUDIOS LAS VEGAS

The Purple Room

There's a new Rehearsal Studio in Las Vegas, and it's one of the coolest I've ever seen.

Located in the heart of the Las Vegas Arts District, ironically-titled REQUIEM STUDIOS is a rehearsal studio in the lively spirit of the burgeoning Vegas Music scene that we so often write about.

REQUIEM is the brainchild of musician/entreprenuer Andy Vieluf, aka Evel Kunt of The Deadly7, and boasts a killer concert backline and equipment, including 2 Vox Valvetronix 100 watt Guitar Half Stacks, SWR Workingman's 4004 pro, Yamaha Mixer, Power Amps and 2 EV i Force Speakers, and extra mics and cables in the $25/hour Purple Room, and a Behringer Mixer, QSC power amps, 2 EV iForce speakers, 5pc birch Mapex Drum kit w/ Hardware, and extra mics and cables in the $20/hour Red Room.

This artistic space, complete with art gallery, also provides photography and artist space as well as on-site music lessons.  Starting in May, REQUIEM will open its doors for First Friday After-Hours, for Artist Showcases, Galleries, and Live music starting at 10pm.

Be sure to check it out and tell Andy that VEGAS ROCKS! sent you -- I promise you won't be sorry!  steve aka The Eggman
